:Pepper::Pepper:The time has come to finalize the plans for the rally cookout! :Pepper::Pepper:

We have contracted with a caterer for a wonderful picnic on the grounds of the Wheels Through Time Museum on Saturday, June 25, and will have folding chairs there in addition to the picnic tables and benches scattered here and there already. This will be a common gathering place for us all day Saturday but the cookout will begin around 4:30 and food will be served around 5:30.

Menu:

• Freshly Grilled Hamburgers and Hotdogs
• Potato Salad
• Baked Beans
• Coleslaw
• Oreo Pie
• Tea
• Bottled Water
• Soft drinks
• Includes Rented Folding Chairs

Price per person: $10.00

It is important that we get an accurate count on who is coming to the cookout to ensure enough food for everyone, and we need to be able to give the caterer that number in plenty of time for their preparation.

Also, to avoid trying to collect $10.00 from each person that day, we are asking that you pre-pay as soon as possible. By submitting the payment via our secure "DONATE" button we can accomplish both of these important goals in one step. Please be very sure to provide all the needed information (see below):

• Click on FORUM in the blue strip near the top of the screen.
• Click on the orange DONATE button on the right side of the page.
• Enter your payment amount in the "Donation amount" box --- totalling $10.00 for each person in your group (eg. 5 people = $50.00, 2 people = $20.00)
• Select method of payment --- log into PayPal or select the credit card option by clicking "continue". Note that this is a totally secure process, it processes through PayPal and they alone receive your CC information, no one else, including us!
• Enter the required information and continue through the step by step instructions
• IMPORTANT Be sure to put your screen name and "Rally Dinner" in the comment/note section. On the screen that allows you to review the payment before final submission, find and click on the blue lettering that says "User name and reason for donation"; enter the information there. You may print or save a copy of your transaction and will receive a confirmation email.
• Complete the steps and you are pre-paid and counted so you will get to eat! :Eating2

Those who have prepaid will have meal tickets with their names waiting for them at the cookout location, Wheels Through Time Museum. No ticket, no meal....sorry but we MUST know in advance who is eating so our caterer is prepared.

***If you don't use PayPal or credit cards, please PM Nana to be included on the meal list.
