Talked to the management and he was saying that they will not release anything about the CVO until January, right before they ship them.

I still haven’t heard anything extra about my Tri other than those three colors and that was because they were alloyed one trike and they needed to know what color to build it in. Other than that, “Mum, is the word.”.

$1,000 surcharge? WOW ! As the HD population ages, Trikes are more desired. I know we all see posts on facebook marketplace and others. The prices there are either misguided or these things are appreciating in value. Kelly blue book says my 2020 at retail is worth $35900. It is two tone but not CVO.

AS for the vaccine, I got my third shot a few weeks ago. Like many here, I have some health issues, so my decision was that if it at least lessens the symptoms, I wanted it. I do support everyone's right to make that decision for themselves. I thougt mine was in my best interest. It may not be the same for others.

I do laugh at those in a car by themselves or on a bike by themselves wearing a mask. I guess you can't be too cautious.

The books show one thing, but when I go to sell something, the bottom falls out of that item’s price.

I have halfway figured the new Tri will cost me around $40k base by the time I get on it to go to the house. Of course, you also think about the depreciation, when I sign the paperwork.

As far as the vax, I am not getting it. I am already fighting stage four leukemia and I have zero immunity with taking a chemo pill every day for the rest of my life. I have already dealt with covid. It took me five weeks to kick it. Sorry, but when I die (for whatever reason, I am ready. I have made peace and I am going to enjoy life, one day at a time and to the fullest that I possibly can), I am ready. If people get the jab or not, that was their choice (I hope.).

Just looked at the clock and it is nearly 5:00. I still have not heard anything new. I don’t know which is the hardest; waiting for Christmas, waiting on the wife to give birth, or waiting on Harley to say something! LOL

As far as masks on a bike, Yes i when its below 35º or so [Cold as a frosted Frog] wear a mask but its called a Gator......

I am not a "masker" by any means of the imagination. I did have to resort to using one this past summer because the smoke from the forest fires in CA was awful while I was in Vegas. It stretched S E into Van Horn, TX One could taste it in the air.

Dad had to wear them in his late years. I guess it comes to all of us at some point in time if we live long enough. Considering the punishment I've put my body through, I'm surprised I'm not already having to do so.

The wait could also be that parts are in containers on ships and the 2022s will be delayed.

Here's some fun, lets see who gets their trike first. I ordered a commercial grade adult tricycle back in April 2021 and the seller got word from the distributor in the U.S. he may get them in January 2022.

Smelled like smoldering charcoal. Which in reality, it is. It took several days for the smell to clear out of the car. Because it's in the air, the small particles would settle on everything. Even food. I'm surprised y'all didn't get a good dose of it out your way. I know they could measure it on the air quality monitors in DFW.

When I bought mine last month down at Destination Daytona, the sales guy told me while we were waiting for the paperwork that mine was the last to not have a surcharge. ALL sales after mine will be getting the surcharge added, as the dealer could no longer afford to eat it.
