Hello
I will probably get kicked out of here but it is a poor design by tbms. it leaves you with nothing to tune and there setup is poor quality even it has been rechipped by rousch. you cannot actually tune up your high price block of plastic.

You're wrong on this one. You can tune it. I had mine done. Had it put on the Dyno and retuned. Found the PCM was out of a Ford van and the timing was set very low. Retimed it and adjusted a few other things and now it's putting out more HP and torque. They did have to purchase a program for it to work. There is a thread on here about it.

try reading the part number when you get at the module behind the panel below steering wheel. that number should tell you where it came from. then you should be able to see if it can be reprogramed keep us advised

Good morning
I know rick you had yours done but the process can only be done if you purchase certain software to achieve success. by the way how does it run.
the code reader has a fuse under the seat see if that is blown, i had this problem.
My pcm came from a v8 van
Dragon
hello again
fuse location for obdll is fuse location 29 and is a 20 amp fuse under seat

Runs great. I get 30-32MPG up and down the mountains out here running at 70MPH+/-. If I'm on flat roads at that speed, I can get as much as 35MPG, but that doesn't happen very often. It's mostly around 30MPG. Yep, mine was from a V8 van and they were using half of it. If I remember right, timing was set at 10-11 degrees because of it being a van PCM and it was brought up to 21-22 degrees.
He thought we could get it up to 24 degrees without pinging, but I said I wanted to be conservative to keep it from pinging. The fuel mixture was adjusted and the shift points were slightly adjusted. It has 55000 miles on it now and it doesn't burn any oil between my oil changes at 5000 miles. If you remember, I did change the compressor, check valve and pressure valve for the airbags and I'm loosing only about 2 pounds if I don't start it for 2 weeks. I still love it. Rick

I will take a look for it , Thanks , I own a DynoJet Dyno and I do Custom Tuning with SCT Software and going to take a shot at Tuning it , 180 deg Thermostat , Fan setting , Trans settings , MPG etc and see how it goes
I work with the Duratec 2.0 , 2.3 , 2.5 In the Focus so I know the Engine very well and build them NA over 200whp and Boosted over 700 whp street Cars. Not looking to do that here but I know I can improve things a good bit
