$1200 of pure fun and three years of work so far. Not so much left to do, hoping to get it on the road already this summer.
Approx 250 lbs and 120 cc oil cooled fourstroke racing engine, so relatively lightweight and very economic ride even if it's like a slap in the face on all those who's not even handle a wrench.
Jockeyshift, foot clutch, al real steel. no plastic parts at all in the body.

The parts on it comes almost from any imaginable and unimaginable sources, scrounded both here and there.

Those rear tires are just garage rollers, has ordered new wheels to it.

Very cool looking. I'd keep those tires around and swap em out when you wanna play offroad a bit. Going all metal I'd half expect to find spikes and spinning razor blades on it right outta mad max.

They're sold to a neighbour two house away. I just borrow them until I buy new wheels.
sold off all parts i should not use, and took back all the costs for the donor ATV and a selling profit on top of that. bought it for $200, sold parts for almost $350....Rocker:

scrounding old stuff hidden stuff in the storage, I had some old Yamaha TZR 125 parts collecting dust, but no longer..... :wtg: Gives a possibiltie to shorten the building time. <br />

Far from ready.... needs to build the secondary drive and so on. it,s just a rolling chassis just now. Then all electric stuff shall be connected correctly.... Good amount of job still awaiting. Not to mention of the paint job.

a sturdy reinforcement.... when ready it will withstand next japanese earthquake without braking in pieces.


shall weld it better then I take out the axle. Now just welded so it will be stiff enough to get the axle out for rest of the job.





the trailer is a speedy job, this not the show off trailer to this bike. Just a 10 years old bicycle trailer I give a treatment so it fits to pull by a motorcycle, has given it ugly looks long time enough now......

That will be built later. .
