Bluetooth

I have a 2021 Goldwing trike that is used but only 400 miles. When I scroll through the sources on the radio,it starts with AM, FM.etc. they all light up. But when it gets to Bluetooth, it jumps over to aux. There is no way to bring up Bluetooth, that part is dead. I have not yet asked the dealer, but I am wondering if it means that the unit needs to be replaced or is there some way to activate the BT? I think I know the answer but wanted to check first.

Try connecting a Bluetooth device to the motorcycle. When I connect my iPhone mine plays music from the music app. Hope this helps.
