Hello all.
My bride and I just picked up a 2017 HD Tri Glide. I've been riding 2 wheelers for over 55 years which gives you a clue about my age. A couple years ago I dropped my Road King with her on the back. We were stopped but the bike started to lean over and I just didn't have the strength anymore to straighten it up. I wound up just standing there with the bike between my legs but my wife fell pretty hard. She was ok but that episode scared me enough that I haven't felt comfortable with her on the back since. She loves to ride so we decided we would try a trike.
I'm 6-2 and the 160 mile ride home from picking up the trike just about killed my legs. I'm pretty fond of the highway pegs on the Road King and I was wishing the trike had them so while searching for pegs I came upon this forum. I still don't know what I need for pegs but I've found a place where I can learn about this new riding style.
