I know will get some responses for this thread. I looked and did not find where anyone had said how to raise the front end enough to front tire off. I have a Trike Lift. And a Handy scissor jack I have used for years to lift bikes to change tires. This is our first trike. So dont want to break anything.

Looks like only spot is on the engine block, but not sure.

Any help is appreciated.

Gold Wing ? When I had mine I made a step ramp out of 2x4 I put a piece of wood under the front of the motor and used my floor jack to jack up.

You just need to put a floor jack under the engine block and raise it up like you were considering. That's how I have done it many, many times. I have a low profile floor jack that I picked up at Harbor freight and it works great. I actually did just this last year while at a campground because I wanted to finally get my Avon Cobra Chrome Trike tire installed and the front tire I had was worn down pretty good.

I will usually put towards the middle of the engine block. Just make sure not to go too far back or you might accidentally start lifting under the coolant reservoir and that would be a bad mistake.

One thing I've noticed is the CSC trikes end up sitting just a little lower than pre conversion so it is a bit harder to get a jack under there especially if you have the floorboards.
