Just bought a new 2010 Trike CSC kit.... love it....<br />

What are the must have accessories? Also, my trike is running at 3500 rpm's when setting the cruise at 75.... only about 27mpg.... is that right??<br />

Welcome Sonic01 glad you found us.There is a thread on here about gas mileage.Can't think of where it is rite now.I ride a 1500SE Honda/Motor Trike and at 65 mph it is turning 3000and it avg's 32 mpg.At any rate you should be having the time of your life.RIDE SAFE

Welcome Sonic01, gas mileage, good question. Most 1800 love 3000 rpms, mine gets 29-31, go above and kiss mileage good bye. I must have read that somewhere because most of my riding is above 3000.LOL Charley

I am a slow rider 55/ 65MPH and I get as much as 36 MPG . Did once travel with a group pulling a 500 # trailer 2 up and only got 28MPG at about 70+mph . Only once, that I can remember riding with a Harley group ,6 HD, on all back roads Quite Hilly speeds in or around 45 MPH , and I did get 40+<br />
You are using reg gas not high test right ? 87 octane.... high test will decrease your gas mileage

Welcome to the board, the trike is only the starter kid... It is called "Safety Chrome" that way it is easier to get it pass the other half :yes:

Enjoy the board, we have a great group of people on here. Also don't be afraid to ask questions,, like the best places to buy "Safety Chrome" some of these people have found some really nice vendors.

Welcome to The Forum, Sonic. Nicest bunch of 3-w'ers around! Farkles are nice, but a 4-6* Raked Tree and a SuperBrace are a must. One makes steering easier & the other makes steering oh so much more positive.<br />

The wise ones told me about 3k RPM as well to get better gas mileage. So I bought a Prius!! I am happy with 27-30 mpg as I fly by!! lol

First thing is baker air wings and mirror wings,if you have a corider replace the passenger floor boards with the ones from kurykan.
Another things if you have a corider is arm rest for the passenger,I would recomend the ones from chromeworld that fasten behind the pasenger handles.
Another thing is if it does not already have it is a c.b.radio,beyond that depends on how big of pockets you have.
