WELCOME ABOARD FROM MONTANA
Hello,
I'm looking for rear shocks for a 2006 Goldwing with a Lehman Monarch II trike conversion kit. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
This is place to ask about trike parts, but unfortuanaly their is little to no support for Leman trike parts anymore. Because of such, most shops will no longer work on Leman or Champion trikes. My advise, from a shop owners point of view, sell it before everyone knows that, and get a CSC or Motortrike. Both of those companies offer tremndous support on the products they sell.
Please keep in mind that anytime I share or give advice about a motorcycle, unless I state otherwise, I am always referring to GL1800's and no other.
We put a new spring rated at 1000lbs on the hydraulic shock. Got it from QA1. Same height but much bigger in windings. Also fixed "ride height" pump as per videos online. Swing arm on this bike was cracked in many area. So we added 3/16" plating & re-welded all areas of stress. Owner & wife weighted nearly 800lbs plus trike body plus cargo trailer. Done this job about 3 yrs ago. Bike still rolling along. E- mail me as I got build pics.
