Ha, ha. Never heard that one before but it's a great description. Afterall, you've only got qot a 2% chance of being in the state that sold the winning ticket, and way way less chance of getting any of the numbers right. Just dumb luck if ya do. So somebody is going to lose and that somebody is very likely to be you if you play.
