Might be a connection for the satellite radio.
My Triglide has that also have no idea what it’s for maybe it’s Harleys way of putting an Easter egg in the wiring…😉🤔..‘My Son had a 4 door Jeep and he would come across them all over the Jeep but not with the wiring…Jeep actually called them Easter eggs🤔..
