Big Mick, you are right. Called my progressive agent today and they will cover the entire kit as long as you up the accessories value on the policy to match the value of the kit.

Dairyland will also cover if the “accessory” coverage equals the value of the conversion kit. I guess that means you can gradually reduce the coverage as the trike ages.
What Ironhorse54 and Big Mack said is correct. I had to download the progressive app, take photos of the newly converted CSC Encore trike and supporting documentation for the conversion, and any other options i added to the trike on my own, and submit it to Progressive.
I just switched my insurance to Progressive with Jim Palmer and bought a 5 year ESP for my 21 Tri Glide.
Glad it worked out for you.
I contacted him some time ago - before I triked my bike. He gave me a quote and said to not insure it or add the ESO until all was done. When all done, I contacted him to pay the bill.
It was then that he said, they could not do the ESP on the converted trike. They wanted to insure it - but, I already had that taken care of.
Sad part is - I only need the front of the bike covered, CSC covered the conversion for 5 years.
Seems they do the ESP on Harley TriGlides. With the great work by these conversion companies, I am still a little surprised.
Well that sucks. I guess conversions are a 2 part deal. This is one of the reasons I stuck with Harleys Tri Glide. That and service access while traveling.
My previous employer had/has a deal with The Personal Ins to cover anything and it still does even in retirement so they cover our house, two cars and our trike…. No issues. The trike is even covered as if it is a car. We also don’t pay for license plates, they’re free.
