In this day and age where poor customer service seems to be the norm, it's such a good feeling when you get service above and beyond what can be expected. It happened to me recently by Biketronics; I'd purchased a Biketronics replacement radio kit for my Electraglide trike via a third party trader and after a few weeks I experienced problems. The original trader contacted Biketronics on my behalf and their representitive Jed really did go the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. Happy?? - I was simply over the moon. Thank you to Jed and thank you to Biketronics - It's service like this that makes me so pleased to deal with the American market (I'm English by the way). I just wish that I could rely on such service on my side of the pond. Maybe one day, who knows?
