So good to get great customer service

In this day and age where poor customer service seems to be the norm, it's such a good feeling when you get service above and beyond what can be expected. It happened to me recently by Biketronics; I'd purchased a Biketronics replacement radio kit for my Electraglide trike via a third party trader and after a few weeks I experienced problems. The original trader contacted Biketronics on my behalf and their representitive Jed really did go the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. Happy?? - I was simply over the moon. Thank you to Jed and thank you to Biketronics - It's service like this that makes me so pleased to deal with the American market (I'm English by the way). I just wish that I could rely on such service on my side of the pond. Maybe one day, who knows?

That made me smile...the best customer service for a product related to my trike was from Kliktronic, a British company! I guess it really is just the luck of the draw and not just which side of the pond.

I gotta share another one...I purchased a pair of "Butt Buffer" gel pads about 7 yrs ago. In the interim I lost 3 of the four clips and the straps on my seat were totally worn and stretched out. I emailed the good folks and asked if I could purchase the replacement clips and told them about the straps..they asked for my address and in three days I had 4 new clips and a complete new pad cover since the straps are sewed to the cover...WOW! now that is another example of customer service!
