Some of these calipers require a tool to turn the pistons in to replace the pads
If your pistons have 2 holes or dimples on the surface you will need the tool

Can you buy this tool anywhere? I googled how too’s and can’t find anything other than 2016 and prior.

Cheap enough to buy on Amazon, will do most types of brakes, although I had to file on the tities of one to make it fit into the holes exactly. $24.00

My '18 dosnt have those type of pistons nor does it show or reference any tool needed to compress them. All thats required is to open the reservoir and remove some fluid as when the piston is compressed it will backflow into the reservoir. Does anyone have a 19 later trike service supplement that shows a different procedure. Oh...the '18 touring FSM shows the same thing as the trike upplement.
