Hello everyone, thanks for letting me in!
New trike owner here from W PA. Finally got tired of waiting on recovery from going down with bacterial meningitis 12/20. I refused to consider a trike now for 2 years, can’t take not riding anymore. I have 2 HD’s in the garage and was hoping to ride them again someday and recovery isn’t cooperating. I’ve opened a new chapter and purchased a Freewheeler.
I was rewarded for a diligent search by finding a 2016 Freewheeler with 484 miles. I won’t go into the sad story behind it but the man that owned it didn’t ride it much but he sure built and poured on the accessories. Tuned stage 1, Willie G collection everywhere, chrome everywhere, lighting everywhere, and off bike accessories too.
I need a seat to give me more room both lower and back, suggestions are welcome. Taller windshield also ……. Bars are in order, I like the KST’s just trying to figure out 12” or 14”. Don’t really wanna go through changing out stock cables, suppose to get away from it with 12” and 14” are a jump ball, any feedback on that would be appreciated also.
