I'm considering upgrading my stage 1 M8 114 on my 2019 Freewheeler. The stock cam has 122 ft. lb. of torque @ 2250 rpm. Will a stage 2 torque cam improve this or does a trike already have a larger cam?

A 122 FT. LB of torque @ 2250 rpm with a Freewheeler. You should be able to do 4th gear wheels stands ? Yes a good cam will give more Torque, Along with Exhaust, Air cleaner, & a tuner. I dont know why you would need more torque. Most people spend Thousands of $$$$ to get that much torque .
HD measures torque and HP at the crank, my 2017 107 had 97 ft lbs of torque at the rear wheels, and yes adding a cam will not only improve torque but with the right cam it will move it to a more suitable rpm range. I will post my dyno sheet after having a S&S 465 cam installed along with the Fullsac Sportpipe head pipe and a TTS tuner. Notice the difference in torque at around 2200 between the stock motor and the cammed motor. For my riding style this is perfect for me, two up and pulling a trailer.
