Need hub screw key to remove rear wheels. If you have one, can you snap a photo for me please. My trike did not come with one. Requires six point hex keys with a recessed needle receptacle in the center.

If those screws need removing ( I agree with Road Dog I think the caps pop off)
If not you need tamper proof torx bits

You are correct. I had no idea how these wheels worked. Any idea where I can learn how to remove these wheels? NO videos to be found on YouRube. Here is what the hub under the center cap looks like:
I never saw such a thing. Appreciate any suggestions where I could learn how to remove them, or get them removed for new tires? Guess I’ll start with the only GW bike shop within 50 miles, and go from there.
