I’ve been putting off my handlebar project for quite some time. The internal wiring is what made me hesitant. Turns out, it wasn’t difficult at all. They were wired and on my trike in about 3 hours. I used 8” wiring extensions. Then things slowed down.
The clutch line was only rerouted but I may replace it with a +4” line later on. I had to order banjo fittings and a 28” brake line. Between my mistakes and a vendors error, I was delayed a while.
I used KST Straight Jacket bars 1-1/4” dia. X 14” high apes. Just a couple of rides, but so far, I’m very pleased with the outcome.
