New Lehman trike

I went with a friend, Lynda, to pick up her new trike today. She has an '02 HD Heritage Softtail with custom cream and burgandy paint. She selected a Lehman kit that was installed by Mid Ohio HD along with a Champion EZSteer kit. Despite having some anxiety about the ride home, she did a fantastic job! After a few loops around their building and parking lot to get the feel of the steering, we headed out..... Her hubby led her partly on the freeway, partly curvy country roads and through small towns about 40 miles home and she ACED it! :10:

I notice I didn't get a pic of the back of her trike ..... the burgandy is carried through back there in a beautiful way I'll have to add a picture of that later.

PS. Brian and Kathy, the owners of Mid Ohio HD also gave me a wonderful door prize to be giving out at the rally next month!

As promised, below is a picture of the back of Lynda's new trike.

We have had so much wet weather that she has had virtually no riding practice since picking up the trike, so today we took advantage of beautiful sunshine and Mike and I joined Tom and Lynda on a wonderful 200+ mile ride! She couldn't keep the grin off her face the entire time (even when Mike led us down a twisty road or two ). The ride down a pretty steep, gravel drive onto a little ferry across the Ohio River felt a little tense to her, but once she was aboard she said it was a piece of cake with the trike, and she'd do it again in a minute. I think we have a new trike convert!!!!
