I am looking for a source for the adapter kit that I used to keep up with in Europe several years back. Don't know if they still have the adapters available or not. You might also touch base with the Trike Shop in Daytona, FL as they were selling them.

If the costs and challenges seem to be too substantial for your project, here's an idea I'vw planned to do for many years but it hasn't made it to the top of my list yet: build a Nova Trike Cruiser with the engine and transaxle flipped around (a mid-engine configuration). I'll let you use my idea for minimal charge if you'll share your project photos and specifics. Actually I mean my 'friends' charge - which is no charge, family is a different story.

Extensive to say the least!!!:woohoo.
The adaptor for the twin cam motor is quite abit different than one I had imagined....with only 4 bolts holding the weight of the motor!!!! I envisioned something similar such as 2 arms coming under the motor.....similar to the frame mounts on a harley frame.....although the twin cams mount up differently than do the earlier motors.
A good way to cool off the motor would be by using a parade fan mounted on the motor itself that can be activated by switch or by temperature guage

I'm sure more Ideas will come to surface as time goes by.
