Has anyone else had a oil pan leak and find there oil pan bolts loose?
Seems the right side were loose compared to the left side.

Yes to your question though I don't have a Tri Glide. I have an '07 Ultra with a Champion conversion. I noticed I had a small leak coming from somewhere under the motor. HD dealer found loose oil pan bolts as well as loose bolts that connected the transmission to the motor.
Mileage was about 59,000 at the time so I don't believe it's an HD factory problem.
Hasn't leaked a drop since the dealer tightened them.
Mine leaked after about 2000 miles. Tightened them all up and has been fine since. They were all loose.
Guess that's one of the reasons for the 1000 mile checkup. As soon as my manuals get here with all the torque specs, I'll be going over every nut and bolt.
I have never had a oil pan leak on any of my Harleys until now. And mine started leaking around the 2000 mile mark. So if you start smelling oil and leak on the floor you better check your oil pan. Maybe I should check my engine to tranny bolts too.
I now have to clean all the oil off the bottom of the bike because it blows the oil backwards,
Knock on wood.... I've not had any pan leak.

Red Ultra Powered By Head-Quarters 120, Easy Clutch Pull By ClutchWIZ. 2012 GL1800 Hannigan. I've yet to ride a stock Harley which wasn't in need of a mechanical intervention.
Mine was after 1200 miles but the cover on tranny, a little loose. Leaked onto exhaust pipe till warmed up. Now all OK. If made by man, it is going to be wrong at some time or another.
Still smiling from ear to ear.
