It will probably line up ok (I'm assuming they are splined on each end). You will get a vibration, however, I had a similar problem. Have the shaft straightened of get another one that is not "bent".
I don't know if I am being paranoid on this but before I call the manufacturer I would like to hear yours experiences and opinion on this. I bought a trike kit from one of the trike kit manufacturers, it is a straight axle, What I see as strange is that both axles are off 1/16 out of true when I spin them by hand. I don't know if when I install the differential everything will line up and be okay. My fear for its reliability over time. Much appreciate any help I can get from this forum.
