I still really like your wife, FB. You can tell her so from me! Have fun if you go!
Anyone doing a Brass Monkey or Brass Balls run. It's a run here in Colorado that is the last run of the year. It's going to be Dec. 28th, no matter what the weather. If you complete the ride you get a set of brass balls (excuse my french) My wife says you should get a plaque the says NO BRAINS! If I feel well enough, I might just have to throw on the electric jacket and gloves and give it a go!

Here in Alabama-Miss-Florida on Jan 01 all the bikers and trikes get together at a place on the Tombigbee River "Ezells Fish Camp" some of the best food you wouild ever want to eat. This is a all bikes event so everyone is welcome.
Ezells is located off HWY 10 in Lavaka(sp) Alabama.
This has been going on for several years and the numbers grow every year.

JuJu,
Mine just turned 65, but no difference in his love of adventure.
Well Freddy, which way are you leaning at this point? Or should I ask instead.... has your wife given her blessing yet? I don't want to get in the middle (so it's a good thing I live in Ohio!!!! LOL), but I think if you feel up to it you should go for it. Life is an adventure, afterall, and we have to live it to the fullest while we have it .
My thanks to those of you that gave me support in favour of the ride. To those of you thought it not a good idea, well you know what you can do........, and yes ,my wife actually gave in. She insisted on getting me a cell phone (pay as you go) in case she had to come get me, as well as instructions on exactly what time to call, so as to keep her informed at all times. Unfortunatly after wining my battle of wills with my better half, the days leading up to the ride and the day of the ride, I was not doing as well as I hoped I would, so I was unable to ride. I do however see this a victory! With my new found freedom, my cell phone in my pocket and my wifes permission, I'm busy planning the next adventure.
More to follow..........
