Great shot, skuut!
OK, this "Off Topic" I know, but I can't be the only Member here that likes taking and looking at Outdoor Scenery Pics. September and October are great months to capture the Smoky Mountains when they look like smoke actually is rising out of them. This Pic was taken on the Foothills Parkway in October from the seat of my Trike while parked at an overlook. The Foothills Parkway lies between Hwys 321 and 129 outside Maryville and Townsend, Tn..."classic example" of the "smoke".....
Cool afternoons work best after the sun drops slightly below the treeline on a semi-cloudy day.

We will be down in the pigeon forge area the last week of this month, I hope the weather stays warm there yet. Its cooling down up in Illinios already.
Hey Scutter, We are in the Gatlinberg area now for a week and saw your post about 'Miss Lilly's' @ Townsend. Found it today and it is a very nice place and the food is excellant. Going to Cherokee, Maggie Valley, etc. Just short trips from the Lodge, if you have any other 'Secrets' Please let us know. Nice ridding weather, 53' morning to around 80' in mid afternoon. Seems to be many bikes and a load of 4-wheelers on the road. Meet a few Triker's and passed the word about TT & TOI. Most had not heard about us. Have A Safe Week.............
