Hi Folks, I have just acquired two 1600 motors, two transaxles and two sets of torsion tubes and frame horns. (One is still attached to the pan.) I have alot of experience w/ VW's going back to the 70's, but I got into bikes and have never owned or ridden a trike. My lovely wife asked me to build her a trike and since she supported my efforts to build my little 650 chop, I have to agree. I met two men from a local trike club last night, Chief Bill and Rev. Bear from Triple Threat T/C, and Bear has generously agreed to help design a frame. I have found the forum world to be invaluable in several projects and look forward to learning from all of you.
