VW trike back brakes

Well now that I read all the post I have to go back and think what the best way to go with out spending every thing have and then not have good brakes and the VW shop in my town not very helpful

Thanks for all your advice on this subject I am nowhere near ready to get my trike on the road yet the back brakes are horrible and wiring is a mess. Trying to make the best decision which is the best bang for the buck discs or drums. Can get discs for about $230 4 lug or $250 5 lug. This trike is my toy I have a ultra classic and a road star. I just bought this trike I needed something to play with I like working on cars and love motorcycles so this seemed like the best solution. Sorry it took me a while to respond. thanks again Greg Williams
