I don't have any real beef with S&S cams but those are not much better than bolting in a set of SE255 cams, the intake close is way early for a heavy trike with a 103" engine. The CCP will be in the high 190's maybe close to hitting 200, it will be picky on fuel quality and timing and AFR will have to be spot on or a ping monster will be the reward. My engine as it is now is making within 4 ft/lb of torque and making 6 more hp, my torque is a broader and more usable range. I could have pushed more HP and torque out of my package if I wanted to realy lean on it, I kept the timing conservative which I know caused me to leave power and torque on the table. I can say when riding 2 up and pulling a Aluma MTC I have no lack of torque to get the job done. The dyno chart S&S is showing is smoothed way out to make it look nice, but look at the torque line with their cams and exhaust. Their torque is from 2,000 rpm to 3,000 rpm and then it starts dropping off, guys running 2011 and present with the 30 tooth trans sprocket will be riding the drop off point of the torque when they are only at 65 mph in 6th gear.
