Hi Xarneco, and welcome to TrikeTalk. It is a great place --- you'll find a lot of great people with a wide variety of trikes represented and loved. ALL of them are wonderful in their own way, and most everyone is totally happy with the one they have found for themselves. And guess what: they are all right, because their ride is the right fit for their body, their taste, and their heart. But, you are doing the right thing to ask questions. Some of the answers you get will really connect with you and you will soon find exactly the right trike for you. I have a Fat Boy I rode for several years before adding a Champion kit, and I absolutely loved as 2 wheels and still do as 3.
Hi welcome aboard. I know Motor Trike makes a VTX 1800 conversion. Great company. Try calling Zook (he's a sponsor on this forum) He is a MT dealer plus a Champion dealer, and a mighty fine guy. I only know him from here, but he has a great rep. Ted

Welcome xarneco! (interesting handle, BTW) Don't know where you're from, but the installer can make or break a trike. A good knowledgeable one (like Bazooka) will stand behind his install because he does it right the first time. There are many very good trike kit makers - ride as many as you can based on the bike you want to trike before you decide. Some differences would be solid axle vs. independant rear suspension, style of the kit, accessories and options. Cost, too. Ask questions, get confused, ask more questions, decide and anticipate! (the anticipation is the worst!) Have fun with it!

Bazooka, What is the link to your shop in Houston? Didn't realize you were a "local Texan". Bought my Roadsmith conversion from a KD Cycles in Alabama but if I get another, may not want to drive as far to pick it up...

Sorry Zook, I didn't even look at the date. Oh well we tried.
I have a bad vibration issue with my Trike. As I shift gears which is usually rough, it gets bad whenever I reach around 65 and if I shift into fifth gear it vibrates really bad until I reach about 75 then it seems to smooth out somewhat. Would it be in the transmission and what is the best way to check it?
