Goldwing Handle bars

Does any one make longer handle bars for goldwings? I am riding a '03 goldwing with a CSC trike kit recently puchased. I am 6'2" and I don't like having to reach for the bars. It pulls on my shoulders at the base of my neck and is very uncomfortable. I recently had the stock seat modified to move me back about an inch to make room for my legs. That has helped some with the leg room but the bars are an issue.
I have not seen or heard of longer bars for goldwings. I have had the Kuryakyn risers installed but that didn't gain me much. If I could find bars that come up and back 4 to 5 inch I would be happy. Surely I'm not the only one with this problem. Any help would be apprecieated.

Happy new year!

I had risers installed in Daytona a couple years back and had my choice of distance back. Neigher would put them back as far as you wanted though. Maybe 3" at most. Any more you may run into cable length problems. I don't know who made the risers.

</div>I had the same problem when I Hanniganized.

Was riding with forward shoulders and straight arms, got the pains in the neck. I installed the Kury risers in the 2" back, 1" in configuration. Now I ride with my back against the backrest, bent elbows, straight back and can ride for a day with no pain, very comfortable.

<div class="message">how big of risers can you put on before you have to change the cables at the three inches were you still able to use the stock cables</div>

</div>My original cables were OK, but routed slightly differently, though not noticible. I'm only guessing it was 3" since it was several years ago and don't want to be quoted exactly. The reason I went to risers was because after a couple hours of riding I'd get a pain between my shoulders. The risers did nothing to correct this.

Put risers from Winstuff on my 05, 1800 Not kury - the other berand offered.<br />
Brought bars back a couple of inches and pinched them together some. <br />
Much, much better for my short arms. Cables were OK, just needed to be careful when putting it back together.
