When the engines cold and at high idle, do you fenders shake a lot? This settles down one we're riding.
Sure looks like that would eventually lead to stress cracks.

Doesn't get cold enough out here for the bike to fast idle.
Harleys vibrate, 2 or 3 wheels, alway have. If the finders 'rattle' they may be loose.
Good Luck!

Why 3 wheels?
because 2 isn't enough and 4 is too many

Harleys are known to vibrate at idle. It is the nature of the beast.
I had an 09 here that I made fender skirts for. The skirts are light aluminum and didnt add to the shake that this video shows. FENDER SHAKE
The motor company didnt address the mounting of their fenders. They mounted them painted surface to painted surface. There is no rubber insulator between them at all. Like I have mentioned in other posts at other forums. The motor company rushed their trike out in the market. This is also why owners of 09's and 10's had to do so many upgrades to their machines to have it perform the way they should. I saw that another in here mentioned that all harleys shake. That true, But the fender shouldnt be doing that. Thats the results of a poor design and a "quick get it out there for sale" I had suggested that owners of their trike should get this to put between their fenders and trike bodies. Here's what its called. But JC Whitney no longer carries it.
