Update on New Trike

Hello everyone. We had the greatest time this past weekend. My only problem was that every trike I sat on had a very unique personality. The Pink and White GoldWing grabbed me first. Then the yellow and black buzzed around me, (but I was afraid of it stinger, so I didn't sit on him). There was a lime green and black one, cute, but I felt I might have to wear a superhero costume if I rode him. Ohhhh, but the dark blue and gray tried to steal my heart, but hubby pulled a personal foul, and said if I was going for a football theme trike, then the best one would be the red and white one with a razorback hog on the faring. (Yep, he's one of those fans). And then there in the corner, kind of shy, trying to hide, but thumping his pipes and begging for attention, sat the cutest blue boy I have ever seen. If he were given the right toys to play with, things like aqua shields, led lights, a bit of chrome, an MT 2x2 conversion, and an official tag with his name on it, (BlueBoy), I believe he would come out of his shyness and be a real fun pal to travel with. Hubby knows that BlueBoy is who I have fallen for, so now I wait.

Isn't it something how you can head out on a shopping adventure like that feeling calm and level-headed, but then when you see those gorgeous shiny machines, all levelheadedness goes straight out the window. And what you're left with is the gut reaction that whispers (or screams?) to you, "Pick that pretty one over there. Buy it. Get out your checkbook and buy it now!" I'm surprised you didn't just ride that BlueBoy right home with you. :eek:

Oh JuJu, I would have bought him home, I wanted to so bad, but he was so shy. I believe BlueBoy knows he needs a helping hand from the Motortrike folks, before I can handle him properly. I know also he will sit very still while they groom him to perfection. Did I mention the bully that kept trying to force herself of me. Of all things. She was an '08, already triked, trying to prove that because she was red that made her soooo much better than BlueBoy. I have to admit she was tempting. :eek: Don't tell BlueBoy I said that!!

Was doing some hunting around, and found a picture of Blueboy for The Wolf. Not sure that MT makes a kit for this one yet.
