    Either way the antenna on a bike is just troublesome at best. I have a ground antenna on my Indian and range is nothing like my car. Very short in comparison.

    Besides the steering head bearings, another possibility could be tires. Check the condition of all 3 tires. You could be experiencing tread separation.

    Well if you're letting go of the bars don't do that. Low speed head shake is pretty common. Never let go of the bars.
