Below is a picture of a KlockWerks shield that I bought used for my 2016 Freewheeler that was on a 2019 Heritage.
The mounting hardware isn’t compatible so you’ll need to swap that out.
My KlockWerks windshield is rather tall so that probably isn’t the windshield you’re looking for however a...
The purpose of the TPMS is not so one can forgo periodic maintenance.
It’s purpose is to “monitor” the pressure so as to hopefully forewarn of a pending flat.
I added the Fobo system after I had a flat traveling across South Dakota and was stranded for 4+ hours waiting on a tow.
Turns out...
DK Customs NexGen 13” shocks with Convertible Comfort Lift; my review
I decided to start a new thread to post my review of my new DK Customs NexGen 13” shocks with comfort lift.
I was undecided on whether or not to spend the money on upgrading my shocks as it’s just a lot of money.
However...
Patience seems to always pay off.
I came across on Facebook marketplace a like new Mustang “Super Touring Deluxe” seat P/N 79006 with the backrest for $475.
As far as I can tell it’s the same seat as P/N 79598 listed for the Freewheeler however the Freewheeler version I believe may have a more...
Save me from all the searching; what seat do you have on your Freewheeler?
This is a crosspost from HD Forums so if you respond there just duplicate your response here if you want.
I crossposted because I know some monitor this forum but not the other.
I’ve been searching high and low for...
First I read many reviews on different TPMS systems and when it comes to motorcycles the brand FOBO kept coming up so I figured that even though more expensive than most that’s probably the way to go.
The cost is about $50 per sensor so for a trike- $150.
The one concern I have is FOBO is App...
I can’t render any advice on what years fit what.
However the pictures below are of a 21 inch Klockwerks windshield that was on/purchased for a 2019 Heritage that’s now on my 2016 Freewheeler.
The mounting brackets for at least a 2019 Heritage are the same spacing as the 2016 Freewheeler...
I searched the forum for “tire pressure monitor system” and “TPMS” and got no hits so I’ll start a thread.
My main purpose for a TPMS is for the 2 wheel trailer that I haul my Freewheeler/Heritage on.
To get the most use out of the system I thought once I get to our destination it would be...
Exactly!!!
My Harley bag works just great and I can simply take it off when not needed.
We keep rain gear, tool pouch, air pump, and a jump starter in it.
There’s also a bit more room in there for odds and ends.
Got the armrest today and would you believe they forgot the cup holder :(
That’s the primary reason I ordered the armrest.
Anyway I e-mailed Graber and they are going to try and get a cup holder out today for Friday delivery.
We’re headed out on vacation Saturday so cross my fingers it...
Added the one pictured below and found it imprinted into the rubber on the grab handle so it’s now on my lawn mower.
I ended up just following W3’s lead and ordered the armrest with integrated cup holder.
I think I may have figured out a way to install a seat strap.
I simply notched out an old belt and slide it over the side covers mounting plugs.
Not road tested yet but it seems pretty secure.
I simply used an old brown leather belt for the strap.
I might take an old black leather belt...
Along with a power pack in the trunk I also have a power source on the handle bar.
It also lets me know what the battery voltage is so if there’s a problem hopefully I’ll notice it before the battery dies.
