Bullet Brake Parking Brake on DCT Good or No?

REAR SUSPENSION
I have a question; on my '21 Tour Roadsmith I find the rear suspension to be really stiff. So much so that I leave the ride setting on Single Rider, no matter the load, 2up, bags full ,I don't come down off the spring stops at all as far as I can tell.
