Coil over shocks on VW trikes
I use coilovers with no torsion bars. 7-step adjustable spring rate provides good ride under any conditions. With early trikes I built that incorporated VW torsion bars I found that properly adjusted spring plates and good condition stock shocks provided excellent ride.- Loner

Clutch Cable set up?
If you want to make up a spare you might consider going to a local builder's supply and picking up a 'spindle loop' (see image below) of appropriate size for the pedal end of your clutch cable. With a good swage fitting to secure the cut cable you can make a clean unit that will last. If...- Loner
