After much consternation I received the required support bracket for the heated and cooled seat I have. It didn't come with any instructions on where or how it gets installed. Does anyone have a clue on how this gets installed?

Riding in the El Paso heat has me feeling like a Sam's Club rotisserie chicken by the time I get somewhere lately. I noticed that there's a Harley Hammock Heated and Cooled Seat (Part #52000462). I was wondering if anyone had any first or second hand knowledge on how well they really cool? $1099...

I tried using my 12 volt outlet for the first time and noticed that it wasn't charging my phone. Is there a fuse that needs to be pushed in or something I don't know about on it? I tried a different adapter and a different cable just to make sure.
