electrical problem, volt meter in 12v range

hot to raise your hitch cheap
go to Wally world and get "three way hitch" from the ATV area. reverse it and drill a hole in the hitch from the bike to put a bolt in that will keep the new piece from turning. this will raise your hitch 3" and will cost less than $20- silverdevil
