Broken sway/torsion bar

Kept hearing a banging noise from the rear end of my 2012 Goldwing trike at every bump. When I got under her today I found the torsion/sway bar mounting brackets were snapped off at the frame and the bar was laying on the exhaust. Yikes. Taking the four mounting bolts off to save the broken brackets, next the tire to get the other bolt off. Hoping I can get the brackets welded back on but if not can anyone tell me where I could buy a new one. As we all know our "home" Champion plant no longer exist.

Saw that several years ago at Maggie Valley. He ended up at a dealer in Ga getting it fixed but I don't why a good welder couldn't do the job.

I found out the name of this bar is a anti rollover bar. I emailed Champion and was informed that it is very important that the inner bar is well greased. Cant find any grease zerks so not sure how to do that. Researching , Any suggestions? They advised my best and less expensive course of action may be having he brackets welded back on. A new bar is $1,250.:AGGHH:
