The Delaware Department of Insurance made a phone call to Liberty Mutual today on my behalf. Liberty Mutual contacted me and offered to me their (Customizing Equipment) coverage. AKA accessory coverage. My trike is now covered at the value I paid for it.

Once again thank you to you all. Now lets ride and have some fun.... One Love

Insurance

Just joined and thought my experience might help someone.

Wrecked my 2008 trike back a couple of years ago. Bike totaled. The dumbass state of Ky. wanted me to license my trike as a rebuilt bike and I said heck no. Bike was already on the road so I went ahead and triked it and insured it for $15,000 accessories for the kit plus the regular coverage for the bike.

Insurance company was great and paid me the full amount within two weeks. Book price for the bike and the full $15,000 for accessories.

Very satisfied with my insurance company.
