The hotel has blocked off 15 rooms for us so far – 10 non-smoking with two double beds, and 5 non-smoking with one king bed.
The rate is $75.00 per night, charged at check-out.
You must call to book your room (you cannot get it online), and you must tell them you are with the Trike Talk Rally to get the group rate.
You can make your reservation beginning Monday, December 17, 2012. The last day to register at this rate is Friday, July 5, 2012.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the rally.

I can add that this Motel has an indoor heated pool, gym and an on sight restaurant. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is included, not just coffee and doughnuts. A great ride is planned and all the extras that we have had at the past 3 NE TT Rally's.

July is going to be here before we know it. Don't forget cut off date for the NE TT RALLY discount room rate is the 4th of July. I hope we can get as many as last year or even more. Basted on how many sign up we can determine if we can do shirts, if we can do a buffet, etc. Please do not wait till the last min.

What is the Rally registration tally so far? I know it's early but I am curious.

4 are Sure thing. 3 more very possible , 3 thinking about it. I should have a better count in about 3 weeks. That is trikes not people. I hope we see a few new people. I think most of last years will be there. I know of only 2 that can't come that did last year.

I have 7 registrations so far, and one more will be registering soon. One lone rider (me), and one possibly alone - all other registrations are couples.

Jeannette and I registered. There is some issue reserving our room. Person at desk is confused and said only two others have reserved rooms. Manager will call us tomorrow to make reservation.

I am off tomorrow. I will go check and see what the problem is?.. Sorry for the confusion.

We still have not received a call from the motel manager. Jeannette called again this morning and got the same person we got last evening. It is difficult dealing with this person, so Jeannette told him she had the wrong number. :AGGHH:

I am at the motel desk now talking to the. Desk manger. He said he can get you a reservation. He is , they , are confused. The head desk person will be in name is Kathleen , will be in around. 3:00
I just talked to AJay at the desk . I e mailed them the list of the people that have registered but have not booked yet. This should make it easier. They are use to having a list , as a wedding guest list to compare. If you book the room no matter what rate they tell you , it will be adjusted on arrival.
I am waiting for a call from Kathleen myself to re explain this. Please be patient.

Don't forget there is no penalty for pulling out if u do it at least 3 day ( by Aug 19th ) as of now only 3 are confirmed.
