Freewheeler Lid Organizer - accessory I would like to Have

Guys,

With the recent posts on Freewheeler accessories and the Tour-pak, it got me thinking that I would like to see a storage organizer for the inside of the Freewheeler's trunk lid.

Anyone seen one or investigated this?

It looks like Saddleman (Part# 3516-0151) Trunk Lid Organizer is supposed to fit a Freewheeler. I just ordered 1 and will reply back once I receive it. Saddleman's site stated 10-14 days before it ships so it'll probably be close to 3 weeks before I receive it.

Not seeing anything that says it fits the FLRT. Looks like the same Tri Glide one to me. If I am missing something post a link to the one that fits.

Not sure if the link will work but when I did a search this came up " Trunk Lid Organizer Trike; Products - Drag Specialties" and it listed 2015 Freewheeler under the fitment area, same one as for the Triglide and Street Glide trikes.

Guess you get to test the fit! Lid on the FW looks a bit different size wise than the TG.

I did some measuring last night and it looks like it may fit, I'll post pic's if it works. If it doesn't guess I'll end up sending it back. But it would be nice to have something to store small items in instead of having them bounce around in the trunk.

I'm hoping it fits. Every time I open mine I wish I had something there to hold gloves ect...

Just received a Saddleman (Part# 3516-0151) today and it did just fit on lid. Was able to move my "must have" junk from trunk floor. Only done a local errand run, seems ok so far, but time and a real trip will tell.

That's good to hear, I just received an e-mail stating that mine won't ship out until 4/27/15 so it'll probably be 3 weeks or more before I see it. It'll be nice to be able to store smaller items in; gloves, glasses, paperwork, cell phone, etc...

Sorry to hear about the delay for yours, picked them up (2ea 1 for Wife's TriGlide) from J&P $41.99ea. Looking at your location should be there before better riding weather. We are in Southern Ca with year round great weather.

Can you give us the J & P Catalog number? The only one that came up on their website was a Kuryakan one for $53.00.

That's good to see, now I don't have to worry about mine not fitting when I receive it.
