BUT it remains here because there is some good information here)

I have decided to chime in with an announcement. Many Lehman owners are having difficulty contacting the factory to get parts and or part numbers, answer to maintenance questions and general information on their Lehman Trike. Since the company is now under new ownership and many of the old employees have left, there is a lot of information that left as well. Many of the models prior to 2002 are unknown to the existing Lehman company representatives and therefor the understanding of particular parts for these models is also missing.

I have been a Lehman Dealer since 1998 and have serviced and re-built models that date back to the mid-1980's. I also have a number of wear related new parts for these older dis-continued models as well as part numbers for the ones I don't stock.

Post a question or comment and I will do my best to solve your issues.

Thanks

I had a 03 Harley with the Lehman kit on it and I totaled it out but didn't have enough insurance to cover the whole thing so I ate over $12,000. the insurance company told me to remove all the extras on it as they were just going to cover the basic 2 wheel bike. my question now is do you know of any one looking to purchase a few Lehman parts or parts furnished by them?

I have a Lehman Trike Light Bar for Harley Renegade by Kuryakin painted black,Trailer Hitch with Ball, Trailer wiring harness by Kriss, I also have other items but they are Harley accessories taken off before the conversion as well as after the crash. any help getting these sold to take the edge off my stupidly for not checking my insurance coverage would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately these items are usually sold when the trike is built at time of conversion. I have only on occasion sold these items separately but they are few and far between. They are usually point-of-sale items and hard for an individual to move. Try CL in major cities or eBay......even TT in their sale area.

Lehman contact

I have also had some problem trying to get information from Lehman. My most recent unanswered e-mail requested a list by part numbers of differential replacement items. Such as axle bearings, seals, pumpkin cover gaskets, etc, My rig is a 2012 GL1800 with a Monarch II kit solid axle Serial # C002625 built Oct/Nov. 2012.
I would like to know what rear end is in my unit and possibly an exploded illustration showing all the parts. I'm going to SD in June and plan on stopping at the plant. I'm not sure I'll find anyone there.
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help

I'll chime in here with some info. Many times if you need info such as you want youre better off calling the tech line. Theyll give you the info you need and if they cant answer your question right away theyll take your number and call you back. When you email a lot of these trike companies the email goes from one person who gets the emails to the one who has the info and then they get back to you. So sometimes it might take a couple of days or more.

I was once told by a rep that "If they really needed the info right now they would call rather than email!" so take it FWIW. Your rear end in your trike is a Ford and you can get seals, bearings, gaskets and u-joints at your local auto parts store. Unfortunately my parts diagram and blow up is on my other computer along with the link.

Tony,
After doing research on your kit, I have determined it is a Champion rear axle and not a Lehman rear axle. There is quite a difference in the two. The Lehman factory has no information on the Champion rear axle and I will try to get some from Champion today.

Lee,

Thanks for the information relative to the rear end being a Champion item

All info. you can provide me will greatly be appreciated.
I really would like to have a schematic on the rear end with the Champion or Lehman part numbers shown / listed and or the manufactures p/n.

That, my friend, is Champion proprietary information. No schematics available there.

Trailer Wiring Harness

Do you still have the Trailer Wiring Harness and if so, how much do you want for it?

I have a 2003 Suzuki C50 with a Lehman Romani conversion. I have part numbers and breakdowns for the rear brakes, also the installation instruction manual for the conversion kit with part numbers, and rear wheel and tire dimension diagrams. If anyone needs these let me know, I'll be happy to share the info.*

early Monarch II straight axle rotors

I'm looking for info on rear brake rotors P/N, manufacturer for a lehman monarch 2 I believe the kit was installed in 2009. any help would be appreciated. Thanks Fred

I have the rotors in stock @ $400.00 pr and free shipping to CONUS.

The manufacturer is Wilwood but they are only available through Lehman (Champion). I don't have the number here but will forward it when I get to work. 4am here..... I also have brake pads $34.00 per wheel plus shipping. These are EBC pads FA314SV available at most aftermarket bike shops.

Rotors are now $219.00 each plus shipping as of 8/10/2016
