Well after many happy miles, and years of fellowship and fun with my TT family, I find myself, trike-less. I will still follow all of your adventures, and when time allows hook up! My Stallion has found a home in Merrilville, In., with a retired gentleman. I told him about TT, he didn't sound to interested, oh well.

You guys are not gone, and most definitely not forgotten ;) I will be watching you :cxtv:

Not unless I go through a lot of orthopedic work, already having both feet done side lining me the next four months. Two new knees, just aren't in the realm of my real world.

Big Dog you have to do what is best for you , I will pray all goes well . We met at one of the snowbird gathering at Ormond Beach a few years back . Take good care , hope you keep in touch on TT & if your travels ever take you near Boston Ma. we are only 40 miles north . I can hear the 18 wheelers on 95 from our restaurant . And the coffee is on me , just ask Rosy . I still owe him a cup :Coffee: :chef:

Hey Fred, sorry to hear about selling your trike, we met at the rally a few years ago in Ct, I was your "gas attendant" at a gas stop!!! This year we are bringing our trike to Florida for vacation, leaving this Friday in the middle of a predicted snow storm. Trike is on a trailer for the trip so we will be nice and cozy heading down that way. Will be in St. Pete all next week and then heading down to Jensen Beach on the east coast for a few days before heading home.

Hope your medical work goes good and your back in the wind soon....

Fred, best of luck with the health issues. I'm pretty certain a Trike is not a requisite for posting. When all is said and done you are still a member that no one will abandon because of your unfortunate situation. ThumbUp. Stay connected with all those miles, smiles, and friendships. View it as a vicarious thrill that keep the memories alive. Your experiences are knowledge to be shared with trike brothers and sisters if you choose to do so. :)

Big Dog sorry to hear about the medical problems but hope everything starts getting better for you. I had my knees worked on a few years ago but for the most part they are working great now.

Hey Fred, sorry to hear about your medical stuff. Me and Dianne wish you the best with the rebuilding of knees etc. Never know when I run into you on the road. You have my contact info if ever up on LI again. Hopefully we see you at another rally. And don't be a stranger on TT. Always welcome here.:qpnmt:

Hate to hear about the MED. problems. Hope you are not going away. Always two of my favorites MILES & BIG DOG. Take Care hope everything gets better.

I'll be stuck at the house for 6-7 weeks after the first procedure, then the second asap, with the same time frame. You know that Miles and I will be going crazy with cabin fever! I'd even welcome a visit from Diane :D

You can bet that I will be on the road, and not back in Florida till Thanksgiving

I'll give you some encouragement. A friend of mine had both knees done. After the first knee, he was back on his two wheel GL1800 after three weeks and after the second, it was two weeks. Had another friend that had the same doctor and he was back on his GL1800 in 3-4 weeks. Don't give up hope. Rick

Dianne says, just for that crack, she will visit Miles, but....you have to go out back and stay in the doghouse.

Fred, You are always welcome.........any time..........any where........ any mode of transportation! We value your knowledge and input (and sense of humor ) on this forum so don't be a stranger. Mikey and I wish you a speedy recovery, keep in touch and let us know how you are doing!

Sorry to hear this news Fred. Know you are making this decision because you have to. Hope all goes well with your surgeries, and you are back on your feet in no time. Glad you will still be around here. Best wishes! Leo
