What have you done for more visability in the rear. I have a 2007 GL1800 with a Roadsmith Kit installed. Have been thinking about some more lighting in the back.

Thanks

You could add all the lights and strobes, And flashing do-dads that can fit on the back of the Trike,To make you feel safer..

But the fact is, When they don't want to see you they just aren't gonna see you...Ask any School bus driver...Or road worker...You have to see them first, And leave yourself an out...

I just changed all the bulbs in the rear of our Motortrike to LED's, a lot brighter. Currently I have nothing else planned for the back. I just put daytime running lights to replace the front turn signals. Which change from white to sequential amber when turning, this kit was from SoCal.

Easy just purchase a couple of "reflector strips, and place the strips on your bike's rear, if a car has it's light on, they will reflect...also wear hi viz clothing, since I started doing so, nobody has pulled out in front of me..

Had a guy years ago at night run into the 2nd fully lgith police car at a crash scene he missed the

first one!!!!

On our GL1800 Champion trike we added Hyperlites to the back of the speaker boxes - they are red running lights, brake lights that flash for 5 seconds and amber turn signals. We also added LED strips from Custom Dynamics on the lower rear. When we got the trike it had the LED lights on the trunk spoiler. I'm told it is lit up like a Christmas tree. Of course, as noted previously, all the lights you can put on are insurance, not a guarantee. People have been known to hit a train in their cars, and it seems that something that large and loud would be hard to miss.
