Yes the weather is good, small chance of rain each day now, high temps in the 90s

From some of us that also have doctor appt. (often) I feel your pain......... (73 years old) BUT I still ride as often as I can................

Just yesterday my ride'n friend and I, stopped at a local parking spot, and a group of trikes happened to be there as, well, (we ALL started talking, among us, and the words aches ~n~ pains came up quite often.... We were all over 70 yrs old....lol

Sound a lot like the senior apartment complex I live in, everyone is hurting and then there is a resident who gets a ride in the ambulance.

Remember all those things we did when we were young are now coming back and biting us.
