  • Whats up Grimm?!?! Just wanted to thank you again! You helped me out last year when i was deciding on what kit to get. I ended up with the 38" and im rolling on 17x10.5 Mustang wheels right now with 315/75's.

What size wheels and tires are you running??

Thank you so much for the information Grimm. I am not worried about the people behind me either. LoL that's their problem. I do have another question about the 30" rear axle-- Do you think it makes a big difference in the handling of the bike? No that I would know the difference since I have never ridden a trike, only two-wheels. I notice it seems most people go with wider rear axles.
Hi grimm. I am new to this forum and saw the picture of your trike. How do much road grime do you get from not having fenders? I have a 2006 HD Softtail Deuce that I am converting to with Frankenstien Trike kit. I am using a 30" Hot Rod kit. I do not want to run fenders so am curious as to how much road grime there is.
What's up grimm! I really love your bike! I'm currently looking at having a Frankenstein kit installed on a bike, but haven't decided which bike (Night train; Street Bob; or Fat Bob). Could you tell me besides the actual kit and what is included with it, what other modifications you HAD to make? Also what kind of a bike is yours?

    Thanks!

what's up, man. sorry for the delay in my response, but life (****) happens and you get pulled in different directions. anyway, i love my trike. it has been a labor of love and if you know my story is the result of blood, sweat and tears. Frankenstein rear ends are bullet proof and the guys were willing to help while we were installing it. i have had a couple of issues, but all things aside, i love the looks, the build quality, and the willingness to help their customers. my buddy triked his and it hauls assdue to the relatively light weight.

When i triked mine, it was virtually unridable and i ended up having to rake the front end which helped tremendously with stability. i got mine from pro-one but there are other companies that can hook you up as well. good luck and i am more than willing to share my experiences and knowledge with you.

    Hello Grimm,

I've been lurking on TrikeTalk for about a week -- trying to get up to speed on what's happening in the trike world. I've seen some of your posts, and pictures of your trike and really like what I see. Went over to the MCWorx/Frankenstein Trikes website and liked what I've seen there too.

I'm thinking about finding a clean, late model Sportster 1200 and triking it with the Frankenstein kit. Any suggestions or advice you'd care to pass along would be gratefully appreciated.

A happy Thanksgiving to you and yours,
