I know Lehman Trikes does not have a conversion kit for Suzuki any more so I'm asking if anyone would happen to have a copy of the Lehman Trike installation manual for the conversion of a Suzuki C90T. I am looking for a good pic of the swing arm with how they mounted the swing arm to the bike and how they mount the rear end. I have an 8" Ford rear end that I have torn down and ready to take to the machine shop to be cut.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

None of the assembly manuals for the Boulevard C90 ever showed what was included in the kit. The kit maintained the original wheel base. I have no pictures or drawings of a swingarm for that particular model trike. I do know there was a bracket that boxed in the rear frame area where the swingarm pivots to reduce stress on that area. There are flat 4-bolt plates on the rear axle that match the 4-bolt plates at the end of the swingarm. I also know we eliminated the OEM shock and used outboard coil-over shocks with 130/170 springs.

sorry:Shrug:

Thank you for the info, Mr. Mann. I'm going to shoot from the hip. I have several pics of other trikes being built and a Lehman Honda Trike rear frame section, so I think I've got the jist of what I need to do.

Hey there Lil John, I ride a 2007 C90 that was bought new with the Lehman trike kit. If you still need info on the install arrangement I can take pictures for you. Also, a friend of ours had to rebuild the rear end of his Lehman C90 trike. I know he has pictures of it torn down. Let me know what you need.
