I'm brand new to trikes and I have a question to anyone who might know. I have a 2007 Gold Wing with a Lehman Monarch 11 Conversion. I love everything about it, it handles great and all but I've noticed a rubbing noise in the rear of the bike. I thought it might be just noise from the tires on the road. It sounds whenever I'm moving and follows the rotation of the back tires. I don't see anything rubbing. Anyone have this experience and tell me what to check. Everything else on the bike it fine, its shifts good and rides good. Any ideas? Thanks

Usually with Lehman Monarch II the rubbing noise you get from the rear is from the rear brake pads slightly rubbing on the rear rotors. This was a constant issue with the Monarch II. Some had it worse than others. You can try BG stop squeal on the pads,it helps but it wont get rid of it totally. Disc brake quiet sometimes works. Sometimes a combination of both. But youll never really get totally rid of the noise if its the discs ,it just the nature of the beast.
