I have the non lighted mud flaps on my 2013 HT1800 kit. The right side bracket is MUCH closer to the rear wheel than the left. The screws holding the right side mud flap onto the bracket are about 1/8" away from the tire. The left side is at least 1/2" or more. Is this a normal thing? Should I get a shorter set of screws for the right side. I'm concerned with the screw making contact with the tire...

Hello Captain, We are checking on the best solution for your issue and will be back to you shortly. Please standby...

Ahoy, Captain... The brackets can be easily adjusted at the frame/trunk mount by loosening up the two mounting bolts and moving the bracket back a little. The holes are slightly oversized. Hope this helps. Let us know if you need anything else!

OK-Thanks. I'll crawl under there today.
