So today i got the 3 year ESP from Jim Palmer, wanting to do some upgrades to reduce heat also tired of removing the trailer hitch when i take it in.Engine upgrades will be S&S cam plate and oil pump S&S premium lifters along with a torque cam and a TTS tuner. Was looking at the SE torque cam but it only increases torque 2 lbs over stock.Horse power is up from 76 to 92 but looking for lots of low end grunt, also thinking about the TTS 150 cam.So those of you who have done a cam change on your M8 tell me what cam you went with and your thoughts.

I got the 3 year plan,it wont cover the upgraded cam,cam plate oil pump ect,but it allows the use of them along with a trailer hitch and it was $ 1548 with a $50 deductible but since im over 62 it will be $37.50 deductible.

With Harleys warranty if you do anything it will void the warranty so i am going to cancel the Hd esp and get most of my money back.No i didnt but the guys on here who have it have had no problems that i know of.

Steve I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Wood WM8-22X and XE cams for torque gain. I’m thinking about one too with my oil pump being the original 2017 and doing the new 8 lobe pump. Might as well do a cam at the same time.

Please post your results.

Oh and by the way, I bought a 5 year plan from Jim too.

Steve, here is a video on the subject from the guys at Fix My Hog. The S&S 475 cam looks like a winner.

I know the tech who is an outstanding dyno guy at the shop that am going to have the work done likes the SE torque cam,but the one graph i seen only shows a 2lb torque increase over stock so im leaning towards the Woods 22X or 22XE not sure which would be best suited for my 107.I will contact Bob Woods and pick his brain that is exactly what id did for my cam choice in my Road King and i am certainly not disappointed in how it performs.

Check out the Zippers redshift 468 cam, you can run stock valve springs , you should buy new lifters, woods lifters are the best, get a S&S cam plate and oil pump, with a good tune it makes a lot of power .

Well its going to be a tough choice on a cam i have it down to the Red Shift 468 or Woods 22X and also eyeballing the TTS 100.Will keep ya all posted what way i go.Been in contact with TTS and they are telling me no need to spend the money on S&S cam plate and pump just upgrade to HD's latest version. Not sure about that yet but new cam bearings and lifters are a must with a new cam,at least in my bike anyway don't think any of the 3 cams will be a bad choice.

Buy new ARP cam bolt and crank bolt ! I had a new Harley cam bolt brake , That does lots of damage , Trust me

I'll be putting a TTS100 in after the riding season, had one in my last triglide and was very happy
